The gentle peeling method of HORN Technic universal shellers ensures minimum breakage, undamaged shell pieces and a ratio of germinable material which is well above average.
Unlike conventional spelt shellers, in a HORN Technic universal sheller grains are accelerated in a rotating centrifugal disc and spun against a collision surface. The shells separate from kernels on impact.
